The Rev. Lari R. Grubbs, Regional Minister of the Christian Church Capital Area (and honorary co-chair of DAWN) underwent a heart catheterization on the Thursday before Thanksgiving. This test yielded the need for quadruple by-pass surgery which was done on Friday. The surgery was successful and our beloved Bishop is now at home on bed rest and rebuilding his strength and stamina.

All requests for information, resources and assistance from the Regional Minister should be addressed to Delma Maisonet, the Capital Area Administrative Assistant, who will be in communication with Rev. Grubbs and will get the needed information for the inquirer.
